These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the kk34 platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on kk34, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
18+ Age Requirement
kk34 is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or access any game or betting market on kk34. Age verification may be requested at any time.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered kk34 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.
Account Security

BDT Transactions Only

Bonus Terms Apply

Fair Play Enforcement

General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kk34 ("kk34", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kk34 website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, and all associated features and promotional content (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account on kk34, completing a deposit, or accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

These Terms are written in English and are legally effective in that language. The English version governs in the event of any conflict or inconsistency. All correspondence between you and kk34 shall be conducted in English. kk34 operates for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh and these Terms should be read in the context of Bangladesh market operations.
These Terms should be read together with kk34's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and kk34. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood both of those documents.
Age Restriction and Eligibility
kk34 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any game or betting market, make a deposit, claim a bonus, or withdraw funds. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. kk34 enforces this requirement without exception.
In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use the Platform:
- You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of another individual or entity for the purpose of gambling.
- You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial or professional gambling operations.
- You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, a self-exclusion arrangement with kk34 that remains in effect.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are not under duress or undue influence from any third party.
- You have not been diagnosed with, and are not currently experiencing, a gambling disorder that has led you to seek or receive professional treatment, unless you have been cleared by a qualified professional to resume recreational gambling.
kk34 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, without providing a reason. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence. kk34 may suspend deposits, withdrawals, and game access pending successful age verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and any deposits returned, with bonus winnings forfeited.
Account Registration and Security
To access the full functionality of kk34, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent verification process is truthful and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one kk34 account. Opening more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kk34 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bonuses, and withhold withdrawal requests pending a full review. If the duplication is found to involve fraudulent intent, all funds held across the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kk34 Login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. kk34 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify kk34 of any unauthorised access. Upon becoming aware of any breach of account security, you must contact the kk34 support team immediately via live chat.
kk34 reserves the right to require additional identity verification ("KYC") at any point during your use of the Platform. KYC may be triggered before processing a withdrawal, after a significant pattern of account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by kk34 may result in temporary restriction of account functions, including withdrawal processing, until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
kk34 accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may be set by kk34 at the platform level or by your chosen payment provider at the instrument level. kk34 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
All funds deposited into your kk34 account must originate from a payment instrument that is legally registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source payment account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. kk34 reserves the right to reverse deposits identified as originating from third-party sources and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. kk34 targets the following processing timeframes under normal operating conditions:
- bKash and Nagad: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval.
- Rocket and Upay: Typically processed within 2–8 hours of approval.
- Visa and Mastercard: Typically processed within 1–3 business days of approval.
Processing times are indicative and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, national public holidays, or where additional verification is required. kk34 does not accept liability for delays attributable to the player's payment provider. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 of these Terms.
kk34 conducts anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all accounts as part of its standard compliance procedures. Transactions identified as suspicious may be held pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. By using the Platform, you confirm that all funds deposited originate from lawful sources and that you are not using kk34 to launder, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of any criminal activity.
Bonuses and Promotions
kk34 offers a range of bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players, including daily reload bonuses, welcome bonuses, free spin awards, cashback credits, and seasonal event promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus offer terms, the following general conditions apply to all kk34 bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
- Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
- Real money (deposit) balance is used before bonus balance when placing bets, unless the offer specifies a different order.
- Bets placed on games listed as excluded from a particular bonus will not contribute to the wagering requirement for that bonus.
- kk34 reserves the right to void bonus awards and any associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; exploiting errors or technical glitches; or coordinating play across multiple accounts.
- Bonuses that remain unclaimed or whose wagering requirements remain unmet within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the account balance.
kk34 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect players who have already claimed and activated an offer prior to the change being implemented.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of using the kk34 Platform, you agree to use the Platform lawfully and in good faith at all times. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing hand information in live poker or placing coordinated bets to artificially influence outcomes.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including systematic low-risk betting patterns designed solely to convert bonus funds to withdrawable balance.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. All transactions on kk34 are monitored for AML compliance.
- Technical Exploitation: Using automated software (bots), scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an advantage over other players or the Platform's systems.
- Unauthorised Account Access: Accessing, or attempting to access, any kk34 account that does not belong to you.
- Interference with Platform Integrity: Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any element of the kk34 Platform, including game logic, random number generators, or payment processing systems.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with kk34 support. Unjustified chargebacks will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and recovery action.
Breach of any of the obligations set out in this section entitles kk34 to suspend or permanently close your account, void all bonus awards, and withhold or forfeit any funds under review, without prejudice to any other legal or equitable remedies available to kk34.
Account Suspension and Closure
You may request the closure of your kk34 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. If your account holds a positive real-money balance at the time of closure, kk34 will process a withdrawal of that balance to your registered payment method following standard verification checks. Bonus funds and wagering-incomplete bonus winnings will be removed upon account closure and will not be paid out.
kk34 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
- Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
- A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement necessitating account closure.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
Where an account is closed by kk34 due to a verified breach of these Terms, kk34 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered contact details. Where closure is not attributable to player misconduct, any positive real-money balance will be returned to the player in full.
Players who have activated a self-exclusion arrangement through the kk34 Responsible Gaming tools may also contact support to arrange permanent account closure. Self-excluded players will not be targeted with promotional communications for the duration of their exclusion period.
Limitation of Liability
The kk34 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kk34 makes every reasonable effort to maintain Platform availability and accuracy, kk34 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. kk34 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to third-party services (including payment providers) that are outside kk34's direct control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk34's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kk34 is not liable for:
- Any gambling losses incurred during your use of the Platform, which are an inherent risk of gambling accepted by you.
- Loss of profits, business, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
- Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
- Any decisions you make in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kk34's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
